‘National Economic Council director Gary Cohn said Friday he has a “great relationship” with the president — even amid reports that the president is simmering with anger toward Cohn for his public criticism.
“I have a great relationship with the president,” Cohn said on CNBC Friday morning. “We’re working well together.”
Cohn said he and President Donald Trump have been collaborating on tax reform, spending “enormous” time this week discussing the issue.’
